Shipping policy

All Victor Odyssey orders are processed Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 2 PM EST, excluding weekends and US bank holidays. It takes 1 to 3 business days to process an order.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking code.

The delivery of products purchased takes place on average within 5-8 working days from the order to USA and the EU and within 8 days to all other destinations.
