Refund policy

Victor Odyssey strives for complete customer satisfaction. If the products you have purchased do not meet your expectations for any reason, you may return them within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please reach out via the contact form or directly emailing us at info@victor-odyssey.com.

 

Returns are possible if all the following conditions are met:

• Your return request is submitted within 14 days from the date of delivery

• The items are in their original condition and have not been worn, used, or altered

• The items have not been used in photo shoots, social media posts, online, commercially, or for personal gain. All packaging shipped with your order must be returned

• Any additional materials (shoe bags, etc.) are returned along with the merchandise

• The items are shipped back in their original packaging

• The return shipment takes place within 14 days from the date the return is authorized

• The return is shipped with the return label provided by the brand

• The return is shipped from the same country in which the item was purchased

If your return does not meet any of the above conditions, the package will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.

Additionally, Victor Odyssey cannot be held responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of the returned package.
